I sincerely don’t know where 2023 went. This year was…not great…so I’m not exactly sad to see it go. But it is strange how quickly it went. In an attempt to focus on the good things, I’m going to look forward to the resolutions I’m making for 2024.

Here are my 2024 reading resolutions:

1. Read (at least) 300 books.
2. Read every BOTM book I get this year (and hopefully make a dent in my BOTM backlog).
3. Read every OwlCrate book I get this year
4. Read more books from my TBR Cup
5. Stay up to date on NetGalley reading & reviews

Planned Reading Challenges:

1. The 52 Book Club 2024 Reading Challenge
2. PopSugar 2024 Reading Challenges
3. Book Riot’s 2024 Read Harder Challenge
4. Alphabet 2024 Challenge
5. Colors 2024 Reading Challenge

I have a few more challenges I’m eyeing on StoryGraph, but given the number I’m already doing, I don’t want to put too much pressure on myself. I will likely make a casual go at those challenges and see what happens.

Writing/Reviewing Resolutions:

1. Staying up-to-date on book reviews
2. Creating more unique content for the blog
3. Paying more attention to my comic site (Quirky Cat’s Comics)
4. Review more for The Book Review Crew
5. Review more for Monkeys Fighting Robots
