Review: One by One by Ruth Ware
Picture Ruth Ware with a heavy influence from Agatha Christie, and you’ll have an idea of what is in store for you in One by One. The latest Ruth Ware novel is a divergence from her previous books, but not in a bad way. Continue reading

Review: All the Ever Afters by Danielle Teller
All the Ever Afters is a retelling of the classic story of Cinderella, but with a twist. This story takes the focus off of Cinderella, and instead puts it directly onto Agnes, also usually known as the wicked stepmother. Continue reading
Review: Last Ones Left Alive by Sarah Davis-Goff
Last Ones Left Alive is Sarah Davis-Goff’s debut novel, and it’s an intense read from cover to cover. It’s a dystopian novel, set in a world where a disease has run through and taken out most of humanity. Continue reading

Review: The Girl the Sea Gave Back by Adrienne Young
The Girl the Sea Gave Back is the sequel to the massively popular Sky in the Deep by Adrienne Young. That being said, so far either novel could be read as a standalone. So if you haven’t read Sky in the Deep, but want to jump right into The Girl the Sea Gave Back, you can do so with little issue. You’ll just miss out on some of the world-building and character references. Continue reading
Review: The Blacksmith Queen by G.A. Aiken
The Blacksmith Queen is the first novel in a new series by G.A. Aiken, the Scarred Earth Saga. This is admittedly a very evocative name. Between that and the cover, I just knew I had to give this series a try. Continue reading
