Review: The Socialite’s Guide to Murder by S.K. Golden
So I went into The Socialite’s Guide to Murder with high expectations. Also, I needed a new cozy mystery series, so I had my fingers crossed that this would be it. While I did like the book, I can’t pretend to have been head-over-heels for it. Continue reading

Review: Little Darlings by Melanie Golding
Melanie Golding’s debut thriller novel, Little Darlings, is one that immediately caught my attention. Thanks in part to a brilliant cover (I’m a sucker for this particular aesthetic) but also due to the description. Continue reading
Blog Tour & Review: Call Me Elizabeth Lark by Melissa Colasanti
Melissa Colasanti’s debut novel, Call Me Elizabeth Lark, is a thrilling novel that puts family tries, obligations – and danger into a whole different light. Continue reading
Blog Tour & Review: Shadow Ridge by M.E. Browning
M.E. Browning’s new novel, Shadow Ridge, is the beginning to a whole new series; Jo Wyatt Mysteries. Personally, I love nabbing a mystery series right at the beginning, so I couldn’t be more excited about this. Continue reading

Blog Tour & Review: All We Buried by Elena Taylor
All We Buried is the first novel in a new series (Sheriff Bet Rivers) by Elena Taylor. It’s also her debut novel, and that in itself should be noteworthy. Continue reading
Review: Mother Knows Best by Kira Peikoff
Mother Knows Best is a dramatic new thriller from the mind of Kira Keikoff. Here we have all of the thriller elements we know and love, mashed up into a plot full of genetic engineering, drama, and science. Continue reading
Review: #Fashionvictim by Amina Akhtar
The novel is Amina Akhtar’s debut novel, and fortunately for her it made it onto the BOTM options – something that I’m sure helped it gain more attention. The novel itself is about the fashion industry. Not so much the designing elements of it, but the print elements. Think of the Devil Wears Prada, only with some unhealthy obsessions about fashion heroes. Continue reading

Review: The Psychology of Time Travel by Kate Mascarenhas
The Psychology of Time Travel is the debut novel of Kate Mascarenhas, and believe me when I tell you that it is absolutely worth reading. The novel is being described as perfect for fans of Hidden Figures, which I agree with. It’s one of the most intelligent stories I’ve read about time travel, and I just can’t say enough positive things about it. Continue reading
