Review: Assassin’s Creed: The Magus Conspiracy by Kate Heartfield
So, I’m going to start this review with a touch of honesty: I’ve never played any Assassin’s Creed games. I’ve never even watched anybody play them. However! I adore Kate Heartfield, so I wanted to take the risk and try The Magus Conspiracy because I couldn’t resist. Review: The Cage of Dark Hours by Marina J. Lostetter
I love fantasy series like The Five Penalties. The Cage of Dark Hours is dark, tense, gritty, and so brilliant. It made for a suspenseful read, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. In a way, diving back into Krona’s world felt a lot like coming home. Though I say that, I’m not so certain I would enjoy living here (or that I would survive…). Continue reading
