Look at all the lovely items that came with April's OwlCrate box. I have always been a sucker for bookish household items, and this box had not one but TWO items. Plus some coffee and other cute items. I'm thrilled!Happy book birthday Brindi Quinn! Come True is officially available to all readers today, and I am so proud! If you love charming fantasy romance novels, please please please pick up Come True: A Bomb-Ass Genie Romance!Come True: A Bomb-Ass Genie RomanceMy name is Cat, and I have a problem. I hoard booksleeves, even though I have more than enough. I certainly don't travel enough to warrant the number I have...and yet I can't pass them up!For a while now I've been hoarding my bookish stickers with no real idea what I wanted to do with them. My laptop and kindle are covered, so that idea wasn't going to work. So last week I went and collected all my stickers, got some magnetic tape, and turned them into magnets! I'm pretty happy with the results, if I may say so.I won't tell you how many bookish prints I have (I don't want to know the total count), but I will say that this print album is a lifesaver. Bonus points: it's the perfect size for the monthly spoiler card and pamphlet I get with my OC box. So now it is all stored in one neat place.Goodreads

Blog Tour & Review: Cast in Fury by Michelle Sagara
Cast in Fury is the fourth novel in the Chronicles of Elantra series, and I would highly suggest reading them in order. The world and character building are so brilliant yet subtle, that you can really only see the larger picture if you see the story unfold in order. Continue reading

Review: Skyhunter by Marie Lu
Once again Marie Lu is creating a new fantasy world worth diving into, Skyhunter. The first title of the series also happens to have the same name, and it comes alongside one of the most striking covers I’ve seen to date. Continue reading

Blog Tour & Review: All We Buried by Elena Taylor
All We Buried is the first novel in a new series (Sheriff Bet Rivers) by Elena Taylor. It’s also her debut novel, and that in itself should be noteworthy. Continue reading
Blog Tour & Review: Derailed by Mary Keliikoa
Derailed is the exciting new novel by Mary Keliikoa, and the first in a new series (PI Kelly Pruett). Personally, I couldn’t be more excited about the idea of getting a new thriller series to follow, so that’s why I’m here. Continue reading

Review: Emerald Blaze by Ilona Andrews
Emerald Blaze is the second novel in Catalina Baylor’s story, and the fifth in the Hidden Legacy Series. That means that once again, fans are about to dive into a world full of magic and intrigue. If I’m being honest, it’s one of my favorite worlds/series. Continue reading
Review: Kingsbane (Empirium #2) by Claire Legrand
Kingsbane is the second novel in the Empirium series by Claire Legrand. I remember when Furyborn came out last year – it was the talk of the town (er rather, book groups). I rather expect that’ll happen again with Kingsbane, and I’m really looking forward to talking with other fans about it. Continue reading
Review: Basketful of Heads
Basketful of Heads is the first graphic novel/series from Hill House Comics, a new line from DC Comics. As the title of both this graphic novel, and line might imply, the focus is all about horror. It’s a whole new world, and at the forefront, you’ll find Joe Hill (writer), Leomacs (artist), Riccardo La Bella (artist), Dave Stuart (colorist), and Deron Bennett (letterer). Continue reading
