52 Weeks of Literary Crafts: Snitch Baby Booties

Snitch Booties

After the success of my last attempt with making Gryffindor inspired baby booties, I came up with another (adorable) idea for baby booties. Snitches! I mean, why not, right? I already knew how to make the booties, and better yet, I already had the gold yarn…so all I had to do was learn how to make some wings and I would be good to go!

Once again I used the knitting pattern from here for the booties. I had a bit more trouble finding a pattern for the wings that I liked. I ended up using this pattern, though obviously I only followed the wing part of the tutorial.

Considering this has been my most complicated knitting project yet, I think they came out pretty well, don’t you?
